Carl Saad

Manager of Branch Recruiting for OtterBase. In this role, Carl’s primary responsibilities
include supervision of the Livonia Recruitment team, maintaining client base and pre-screening
for potential consultants in a variety of industries. Carl started at OtterBase as a technical
recruiter in 2005 and was promoted to Manager of Branch Recruiting in May of 2006. He has received
his bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Michigan. Personally, Carl is an avid sports
fan and a movie buff. In his spare time he enjoys working out and socializing with friends.

Kimberly Callery

Kim Callery obtained her B.F.A from the College for Creative Studies in Animation
& Digital Media and an M.A. from Savannah College of Art and Design in Interactive
Design and Game Development. She began her professional career as an Artist-In-Residence
then started teaching at the International Academy of Design and Technology, where
she is now the Game Design Program Chair and it fulfills every area of her life.
She is able to work with students, project management, professional growth, and TEACH!

Courtney Dates |
Courtney Dates is a Senior Technical Recruiter for OtterBase. In this role
Courtney’s primary responsibilities include actively searching for candidates, facilitating
interviews and working as liaison with our clients to provide the best candidates to her
clients for their staffing needs. She specifically partners with several of our Advertising
and Interactive and 3D clients and has 4 years of industry specific recruiting expertise.
Prior to working for OtterBase, Courtney received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the
University of Michigan. Personally, Courtney is a huge Detroit sports fan, loves traveling,
reality TV and is currently in training to become a foster parent.
